Bored with the Hip Hop thing, and all its bullshit bling, we've decided its time for something new, something real.
Hip Hop is Dead. No doubt about it, and in fact its been that way for several years now and it doesn't look like its coming back. It all about Cristal and Bootay now, none of the social consciousness that started the movement way back when.
Taking the lead from the Occupy Movement, we gonna try and see if we can come up with a soundtrack that's appropriate for these times. With that in mind, we've had to cut DJ Ozz from the show, as his brand of music tends to be more commercialised than would be appropriate. We thank him for his efforts in the past.
From next Friday 21Oct, we will be playing more of a mixed bag, some rock, funk, soul, reggae and of course we will be dropping some hip hop too. We will also be raging against the machine. Literally. But don't worry, it will still be good banging tunes you can get yer rocks off to.
